WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for driving growth, building relationships with key stakeholders, and helping businesses understand the power of OneClickComply.

Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting and lead generation to closing dealsEngage with key decision-makers (CISOs, CTOs, compliance leaders) to identify challenges and offer solutionsConduct high-impact product demos that showcase the value of compliance automationWork closely with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and customer outreachAchieve and exceed sales targets while building long-term customer relationships

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

✔ 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, cybersecurity, or compliance

✔ A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas

✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

✔ Experience selling to technical and security professionals (a plus)

✔ Highly motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn

✔ Ability to work onsite in Sunderland at our Commissioner’s Building HQ

✔ Ability to coach and be coached
