Monday – Friday working week 9:00am-5:00pm.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide exceptional Cyber Security support to clients, resolving technical issues promptly.
- Take security helpdesk calls as required.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of security technologies.
- Collaborate with a talented team of professionals, both internally and externally.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for technology and a strong desire to learn.
- Excellent initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Windows and macOS environments.
- Basic networking knowledge.
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Customer-centric approach and a can-do attitude.
- Experience of Office365 including SharePoint.
Full driving licence needed.
