What is Tech Talent Ready?

Tech Talent Ready is a collection of fully-funded industry specific programmes that help people build the skills needed to work in tech. Our courses range from between 2 to 6 weeks long and include a guaranteed job interview at the end.

Skills Bootcamp in Cyber:
A two-week, cyber skills bootcamp (22 Sept – 3 Oct) led by CyberNorth and Sunderland Software City.
Participants will explore cyber careers through expert talks, hands-on projects, masterclasses, and networking.

The programme includes employability training, a realworld incident response project, access to the Lumi AI learning platform.

Concludes with a presentation, job interviews, and a “Women in Cyber” networking brunch.
