Cyber and Defence – working together for a safer tomorrow

Cyber has become the new theatre of war, with millions of threats facing our critical national infrastructure and businesses daily from national states and criminal gangs. The recent Strategic Defence Review from the MoD also highlights the growing threat posed by cyber warfare. 

Working together, CyberNorth and North East Regional Defence and Security Cluster (NERDSc), are seeking to develop a strong regional response to cyber defence by unifying these two communities, sharing best practice and providing opportunities for commercial collaboration.

This focused event seeks to introduce the cyber and defence communities in the North East, explore our strengths and find opportunities to grow our capabilities to keep our region and nation safety, and to advance our businesses and professionals.
