Leading investors and universities came together to launch the University Spin-out Investment Terms Guide (the USIT Guide) which aims to facilitate faster negotiations and identify a landing zone for what a positive deal should look like.
The launch event included a keynote from George Freeman MP, Minister of State at the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology, and two panel sessions.
