Data re-keyed between platforms, compliance evidence scattered across inboxes, reporting nobody quite trusts. We map what is actually happening, cut the steps that should not exist, then build the integrations that hold the rest together properly.
Typical work includes Bullhorn, monday.com and HubSpot implementations, custom API integrations between platforms that were never designed to talk to each other, automated compliance and document workflows across DocuSign and SharePoint, and internal tooling built on n8n, Power Automate and custom code. Because these builds move candidate, client and financial data between systems, they are designed with access control, credential handling and audit trails treated as part of the spec rather than an afterthought.
Stack Logic is run by Jack Roberts, who spent eight years in recruitment before moving into systems work, so projects start from how the business actually operates rather than how a software vendor thinks it should.
