Exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing Cyber Security company in the North East of England. Working in First Line support on a customer support Helpdesk, the successful applicant will deal with customers request on the phone, via a web portal and email.
This growing company offers a rewarding a clear career path and would be great for any one with experience in Helpdesk support, call handling OR the appetite for a career in Network Engineering or Cyber Security (no Cyber Security experience required).
Initially starting as a Call handler the successful candidate will be eligible for training towards becoming a Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician.
This position will be based on shift work.
