IT Security Lead

We’re seeking a pragmatic and driven IT Security Lead to ensure secure and compliant IT Systems are implemented and maintained throughout the organisation. This is a key role in our IT team, providing the technical support and knowhow to assess, investigate and remedy security vulnerabilities and incidents, managing security remediation activity, internally and with 3rd parties. Ownership of the Incident response process.

Drafting IT Security policies and procedures and creating and controlling the IT risk register and identifying risk owners for internal/external and 3rd parties.

In this regional role, you’ll take an active part in developing, reviewing and implementing security tooling to enable policy enforcement, and identify current and emerging technology issues including security trends, vulnerabilities and threats to the business. You’ll assist in security audits and reporting on the results of scanning and testing to provide security recommendations to enhance Infrastructure and security posture. You will also lead in conducting regular security awareness campaigns such as phishing simulation to the business to help enforce vigilance through our employees, when using our IT systems.

Acting as site IT lead for stakeholder engagement, reporting to the Senior Director of IT Operations EMENA.
