Developed in partnership with regional cyber companies and professionals, this brand new programme looks at key areas to help develop junior professional’s cyber careers.
Delivered over four in-person day-long workshops, the teaching is supported with additional online coaching to help improve leadership style and manage the complexities of becoming a Cyber Leader.
In addition to enhancing their skills, the cohort also gets the opportunity to develop their networks and build new relationships to help them as they grow in their cyber careers.
There are three fully-funded cohorts that will take place in Newcastle in March (please note this cohort has already started) or the Darlington or Durham programme that will take place across May, June and July 2024.
Newcastle: 5, 12, 19 and 26 March
Darlington: 7, 14, 21 May and 4 June.
Durham: 25 June, 2 , 9 and 16 July
